RAY WILEY

Ray’s professional journey is rooted in the values he learned growing up in a hardworking, small-town community in South Carolina. With a foundation built on strong morals, resilience, and a deep respect for honest labor, Ray began his career in the fitness industry, where he successfully managed a number of gyms. These early experiences taught him the importance of discipline, consistency, and leading by example—principles that would carry over into every chapter of his entrepreneurial career.

In 2004, Ray identified a growing need for reliable labor within the light industrial sector and founded Labor Solutions. His people-first approach and innovative recruitment strategies connected dedicated refugee workers with essential roles, helping to alleviate widespread labor shortages while promoting opportunity, inclusion, and community impact.

As Labor Solutions gained traction, it drew the attention of major industry players and was ultimately acquired by W.O. Partners. Ray took on the role of CEO, overseeing a diverse group of service-based companies within the organization’s portfolio. Under his leadership, the enterprise expanded its presence across the East Coast, delivering dependable workforce and operational solutions across a wide range of industries, and establishing itself as a trusted leader in the labor services space.

Following national features in The New York Times, Bloomberg News, and The Wall Street Journal, Ray began exploring new ways to elevate the staffing model—this time by focusing on skilled labor and specialized mechanical services. That vision led to a strategic partnership with Jeff Camp and Myron Vaughan. Together, they launched NewCo Mechanical Contracting, Inc., uniting their diverse backgrounds to create a company committed to precision, professionalism, and performance in the mechanical contracting industry.

Jeffrey camp

Jeff Camp’s career is grounded in the values he learned growing up in the hills of West Virginia, where blue-collar grit and a strong moral compass were passed down from his father—a stern but principled man who taught him the importance of doing things the right way. That upbringing shaped Jeff’s approach to work and life: lead with integrity, stay hands-on, and never shy away from a challenge.

Jeff’s professional journey began early in hands-on trades, including welding, equipment operation, and mechanical work in the pulp and paper, chemical, and power generation industries. His curiosity and adaptability propelled him from the field to the front office, eventually managing multimillion-dollar projects in the industrial and commercial industry. Jeff’s deep operational knowledge, paired with his natural leadership, allowed him to consult for major industrial clients and gain the trust of facility executives seeking real-world solutions.

Over the years, Jeff has led multiple successful businesses and developed a reputation for connecting technical precision with strategic decision-making. His specialties include field operations, project oversight, and bridging the gap between physical execution and financial outcomes—a skill set that positions him as both a respected consultant and a dynamic leader.

Jeff partnered with Ray Wiley and Myron Vaughan to co-found NewCo Mechanical Contracting, Inc., bringing decades of field experience and industry relationships to the table. His vision is clear: elevate the standards of mechanical contracting by applying hard-earned knowledge, assembling top-tier talent, and delivering reliable results with every job. For Jeff, NewCo represents more than a business venture—it’s the culmination of a lifetime of learning, building, and doing things the right way.

Myron Vaughan

Myron Vaughan’s roots run deep in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia—a place where hard work, family, and humility are more than values; they’re a way of life. From a young age, Myron worked alongside his grandfather, learning not only the mechanics of a job well done but the deeper meaning behind craftsmanship, responsibility, and pride in one’s work. These early lessons—reinforced by the example of his father—formed the foundation for a career defined by integrity and hands-on leadership.

Myron’s professional journey began shortly after high school, when he entered the construction industry before briefly exploring college. But it was business—and building—that captured his ambition. In 1999, he launched Vaughan’s Exxon and Vaughan’s Construction, making his first mark as an entrepreneur. Over time, he sharpened his focus on construction, growing his presence in the industry and establishing a reputation for dependability and practical leadership.

In 2014, Myron acquired H&M Electric & Construction, Inc., guiding the company through years of steady expansion and operational evolution. His experience spans commercial and industrial construction as well as a broad range of skilled trades. Known for his strategic mindset and straightforward approach, Myron brings valuable expertise in operations, finance, and business management to every project he touches.

In 2024, Myron joined forces with longtime peers Ray Wiley and Jeff Camp to co-found NewCo Mechanical Contracting, Inc.—a venture built on mutual respect, shared values, and a common goal: to raise the standard of mechanical contracting across the East Coast. For Myron, NewCo is the product of decades of real-world experience and the next chapter in a lifelong commitment to doing things the right way.

Outside of work, Myron remains deeply connected to his community and passionate about mentoring the next generation of tradespeople. His guiding principle is as simple as it is effective: “Treat others how I like to be treated, and plan your work—then work your plan.”
